The artist was born in 1982 in Izmir. He is doing his PhD in Dokuz Eylul University, Institute of Educational Sciences, Department of Fine Arts Education. He is working on the thesis titled Investigation of the Effects of the Concept of Evil on Art and Artist from 1960 to Today with an Interdisciplinary Approach. His work deals with situations faced by the fast-paced and technologically driven human subjects of late capitalism. Much of his research is based on anxiety and negativity. His works are based on images of violence and war, figures trying to exist under difficult conditions, and different images of the person's memory loss. He uses different techniques such as oil painting, photography, digital work and collage in his works.
